Liza, Matt, Kayla, and Cole had to catch an early flight, and we had an hour or so to kill so we walked through Lloseta a bit. We found the Forn de Baix bakery! It’s a very small, unassuming bakery with a single small counter and a wall rack of bread behind. The smells of many fresh delights being made in the kitchen behind wafted through it all.

There are the big logs of Cardenal de Lloseta in the cooler!

We got some croissants and some coffee, both intensely good, and ate outside. Not only did my croissant have lots of chocolate inside, but the dipped it as well. Complements to the chef!

This open area (that we sat on the wall of) is where Lloseta’s weekly market is held. We missed it while we were there (it is currently on Saturday and quite small).

Meanwhile, in Madrid.. silly people on a plane.
